this new series uses images drawn from the music that shaped my early life — album covers, family‑held photographs from concerts, visual ephemera tied to songs that marked particular moments — as a way of tracing how sound becomes memory and memory becomes material. by translating these images into textile form, the work explores how music creates emotional infrastructures: the atmospheres, moods, and relational spaces that accompany growing up, leaving home, and returning to it through listening. each piece becomes a kind of stitched remix, where the visual language of the past is reinterpreted through cloth, layering personal history with the tactile presence of fabric.
