intimate quilt‑based pieces built like quiet devotional spaces — small enough to hold in the hands, layered enough to feel like memory. each altar pairs materials and imagery from my family’s two lineages, east and west, letting them sit together without forcing them to resolve. scraps my mother saved become the grounding cloth; fragments of domestic labor, migration, and inherited patterning rise to the surface.

each piece functions like a soft reliquary: a place where two histories meet, overlap, and sometimes contradict. they’re not literal shrines — they’re emotional ones, built from fabric, repetition, and the small gestures of care that travel across generations.
